10,000 new PHC centres to serve rural communities by 2028
The Federal Ministry of Health has announced an ambitious plan to construct and equip 10,000 new primary healthcare centres across Nigeria's rural communities by the end of 2028, in what officials describe as the largest single expansion of basic healthcare infrastructure in the country's history.
